Paradise Lavender Farm is located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. We had an opportunity to visit this beautiful farm today, and we absolutely loved every minute. The kids loved the Enchanted Fairy Forest and picking our own lavender bundle in the field. This place has such a wonderful atmosphere with so much tranquility and serenity. Vegan cream cheese
Vegan cream cheese
Little toasts
Fresh blackberries
A few basil leaves, cut into ribbons
Olive oil, for drizzling
Directions:
Arrange the little toasts in a plate and spread the vegan cream cheese. Add the fresh blackberries and chopped basil leaves. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
6 peaches (cut in half, pits removed and sliced)
1/4 cup pure cane sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons vegan butter
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400F degrees. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar and cornstarch. Mix well and reserve. In another bowl, combine flour, oats and cinnamon. Add the butter and mix until crumbly. Add the peach mixture into a baking dish and add the crumbly mixture on top. Bake for about 35 minutes or until top is golden. Serve warm with your favorite ice cream. Enjoy!

1 colher de sopa de amido de milho
1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo
1/2 xícara de aveia
1/2 colher de chá de canela em pó
3 colheres de sopa de manteiga vegana
Modo de preparo:
Pré-aqueça o forno a 200C graus. Em uma tigela, misture os pêssegos fatiados, o açúcar e o amido de milho. Misture bem e reserve. Em outra tigela, misture a farinha de trigo, a aveia e a canela. Adicione a manteiga e misture até ficar igual a uma farofa. Adicione a mistura de pêssego em uma assadeira e adicione a mistura farelenta por cima. Asse por cerca de 35 minutos ou até que o topo esteja dourado. Sirva quente com o seu sorvete vegano favorito. Aproveite!
