Toast, toast and toast! This is usually my breakfast during any weekday, and I've posted quite a few recipes during the years too here on the blog. I love creating different variations that usually pairs really well with my hot cup of coffee in the morning. Take a look:
Ingredients:
Slices of your favorite bread, toasted
Pesto, homemade or store bought
1 avocado, mashed
1 large tomato, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
Dried parsley
Salt
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix diced tomato, bell pepper and onion. Season well with salt and some dried parsley. Set it aside. Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted slices of bread, add some of the veggie mixture and finish with a few dollops of pesto on top. Serve and enjoy!
Torrada, torrada e torrada! Geralmente esse é meu café da manhã em qualquer dia da semana, e também postei algumas receitas ao longo dos anos aqui no blog. Adoro criar variações diferentes que costumam combinar muito bem com minha xÃcara de café quente pela manhã. Dê uma olhada:
Ingredientes:
Fatias do seu pão preferido, torrado
Pesto, caseiro ou comprado em loja
1 abacate amassado
1 tomate grande, picado
1 pimentão amarelo, picado
1 cebola amarela pequena, picado
Salsinha seca
Sal
Modo de preparo:
Em uma tigela pequena, misture tomate , pimentão e cebola. Tempere bem com sal e um pouco de salsinha seca. Reserve. Espalhe o abacate amassado uniformemente sobre as fatias de pão torradas, adicione um pouco da mistura de vegetais e finalize com algumas colheradas de pesto por cima. Sirva e aproveite!
