Cannellini Bean & Tomato Salad

During Summertime we usually do quite a bit of grilling and I love to make a quick and refreshing salad to serve along anything that we do grill. Beans are something that I always have in my pantry and easy to incorporate into any recipe, and also full of protein as well. Take a look:
Ingredients:
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 red onion, chopped
1 large celery stalk, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients. Let it chill about 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
